If you find there is a fault in your candle or gift box, it may be returned for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product.
Returns and refunds will not be available from FLAME Candles for change of mind on fragrance, colour or product.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.
